Terms and Conditions – Kavyashree Homestay

Welcome to Kavyashree Homestay! Before booking your stay with us, we kindly ask you to review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid form of payment.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
  • In case of any payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.
  • In case of a no-show, no refunds will be issued.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of their rooms and common areas.
  • Any damage to property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • We kindly ask all guests to respect the peace and privacy of other guests.

6. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome at Kavyashree Homestay.
  • Extra beds and cots are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

7. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed at Kavyashree Homestay unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

8. Liability

  • Kavyashree Homestay is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their belongings during their stay.
  • Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings and valuables.

9. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or common areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data provided by you during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

  • Kavyashree Homestay is not liable for any failure to provide services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

12. Modification of Terms

  • Kavyashree Homestay reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttarakhand.
